Norwegian Cruise Line recently made the exciting announcement of a 4th Prima Class ship coming in 2026. Norwegian Luna will be the 2nd Prima-Plus ship, and the 4th in the Prima lineup, making her the big sister of Prima and Viva. Details about this new ship have been emerging ever since the announcement, and at Harr Travel, we could not be more excited about this ship's offerings.
She will have many similar venues to Prima and Viva, as well as expanded favorites, and brand new concepts. Luna's deck plans show several still-to-be announced spaces as well as many incredible venues that guests can enjoy. Here are all the public spaces we know about so far that you will find on Norwegian Luna:
Complimentary & Specialty Dining
CAGNEY’S STEAKHOUSE | Cagney's is a Norwegian staple, and is one of the most popular specialty restaurant onboard that features delicious steakhouse options with an open kitchen concept! They have expanded Cagney's on Luna, which is huge considering the restaurant's popularity. The restaurant is open every evening for dinner, as well as for breakfast and lunch for full suite guests.
THE COMMODORE ROOM | This exquisite venue is just one of the many complimentary dining choices available on board. It is a fine dining experience featuring a combination of timeless and innovative new dishes.
HASUKI | This is a classic teppanyaki grill with shared seating all around the teppanyaki tables. Here you will get dinner and a show as the chefs serve up some incredible entertainment right in front of you as they skillfully grill your food.
HUDSON’S | This gorgeous complimentary dining venue is a sight to behold! The space features wrap around windows, elegant white tablecloths, and beautiful columns and chandeliers throughout. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner here, which includes a static and rotating menu. You even have the ability to purchase from some of the specialty restaurants for an upcharge, if you so choose.
INDULGE FOOD HALL | This is an incredible dining hall where you have the ability to try food from several different restaurant options. The restaurants include Indian food, a dessert bar, Asian street food, Texas bbq, a tapas truck, soups, salads, and more! You can order at the counter from each restaurant, or take a seat and order from the iPad and have the food delivered right to your table.
LE BISTRO | A NCL classic, Le Bistro is French cuisine enjoyed in an elegant setting. This specialty restaurant is the perfect spot for a romantic date or an elevated dinner with friends. If you love butter and French food, you cannot go wrong with Le Bistro.
THE LOCAL BAR & GRILL | - This is a popular complimentary dining option that offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late night snacks into the wee hours of the night. Popular options include burgers, sandwiches, the Cuban Plate, and much more! There are indoor and outdoor seating options available, as well as a bar with nearby screens so you and your fellow guests can catch the big game.
LOS LOBOS | This is the authentic Mexican restaurant on the ship, where you can enjoy your tacos and guacamole in the vibrant indoor and outdoor seating areas.
NAMA SUSHI | This is a delicious sushi bar, and Danny’s personal favorite eatery onboard. Nama Sushi is a relatively small restaurant serving up delicious sushi and sashimi made by incredible sushi artists.
ONDA BY SCARPETTA | This gorgeous specialty restaurant is a piece of artwork in-and-of itself. Not only will you dine on authentic Italian cuisine such as brick oven pizza and handmade al dente pasta; but you will enjoy it all in a beautiful setting!
PALOMAR | Enjoy the Mediterranean delicacies in a stunning setting that features a beautiful bar, and elegant seating that will make you feel as though you are in a Santorini restaurant.
SUKHOTHAI | This is a brand new specialty restaurant being introduced on the Prima-Plus Class ships, and is NCL's first every Thai specialty restaurant. The menu will feature authentic cuisine with dynamic flavors including Thai Cashew Chicken, Salt and Pepper Prawns, and a delicious Thai Grilled Steak Salad.
SURFSIDE CAFE | This is the delicious buffet onboard. This is easy grab-and-go complimentary dining, and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every single day. Hot entrees, fruits, pastas, grilled foods, an egg station in the morning, desserts, salads, and of course the soft serve ice cream machine, Danny’s favorite!
Bars & Lounges
BELVEDERE BAR | This gorgeous, glittering space is an elegant place to relax with friends and order drinks made with delicious Belvedere Vodka by the talented onboard bar tenders.
LUNA BAR & SOLEIL BARÂ | The Indulge Food Hall offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and with that comes an indoor and outdoor bar. Inside you will find the Luna Bar, named after the ship, and outdoors will be the Soleil Bar. We don't know too much about these new bars, but we do know you will always be able to find a delicious drink here made by world-class bartenders.
METROPOLITAN BARÂ | This gorgeous bar offers a wide array of delicious drinks hand-crafter by the amazing onboard bartenders. Live music plays here throughout the day, making this the perfect spot for pre or post dinner drinks with friends.
OBSERVATION LOUNGE | This magnificent lounge space debuted on the Norwegian Joy, and have been on every ship since. This is the place to relax, grab a drink, read a book, and take in the incredible wrap-around views!
PENROSE BAR | Grab a delicious cocktail throughout the evening at the Penrose Bar, located next to the Casino.
SWIRL WINE BAR | A new concept for the Prima-Plus Class ships, the Swirl Wine Bar is the stop onboard for a delicious glass of wine.
WAVES BAR | This is the pool bar, and offers incredible specialty and frozen cocktails with fun and fruity flavors!
WHISKEY BARÂ | Grab a whiskey and relax with friends, or enjoy the whiskey tastings offered at this incredible bar.
Activities & Entertainment
AQUACOASTER | This fun activity has never been done on an NCL ship before, and will be making a debut on Aqua and Luna. This is a dueling water coaster that will keep guests thrilled and entertained as you race through this half waterslide/half roller coaster ride!
CASINO | The Casino on Luna has been expanded, and is wrapped all around the Atrium. If you love to gamble, there are lots of options for you at this classic cruise venue. From slot machines, to slide machines, and table games like craps, 3 card poker, and roulette, the Casino is the space for a bit of fun and a little risk.
THE DROP | This thrilling drop slide takes the floor out from under you and sends you spiraling in a corkscrew down several decks. It's the ultimate fear-inducing slide that you will want to experience again and again!
ENTOURAGE TEEN CLUB | This is the teen space onboard where they can relax, socialize, and enjoy fun games and movies.
GLOW COURT | This is a mysterious venue that has been kept under wraps. We have seen the concept art for the space, and it appears to be a highly interactive, sci-fi style, sports space that guests can enjoy with friends and family. It looks incredibly fun, and we cannot wait to learn more about this venue in the coming months.
KIDS AQUAPARK | A great splash pad space for kiddos to have fun, with lounge chairs all around for parents to relax and watch their kids play.
OCEAN BOULEVARD | This stunning outdoor space is a wrap-around promenade style deck that offers outdoor seating for certain dining venues, relaxation zones including the Infinity Beach pool, an art walk, and so much more!
PENROSE ATRIUM | This large, magnificently designed space spans several decks. Here you will find guest services, retailers, duty free shopping, an internet cafe, the shore excursions desk, Starbucks, and so much more!
POOL DECK | This is the place to party onboard. There is the main pool surrounded by lounge chairs. A giant LED screen sits just above, so you can catch the big game from the pool, or from your lounger. The music is always thumping, and parties and events are thrown here regularly. If you want the vibes high and energetic, the pool deck is the place to go.
RETAIL | During your cruise you can enjoy a bit of shopping and take advantage of the duty free prices at any of the retail shops onboard.
SPLASH ACADEMY | This is the kids club onboard! There are play areas for ages 3-12, art centers, craft spaces, a movie zone, games and more!
VIBE BEACH CLUB | This is an incredible popular, adults-only club with infinity pools, hot tubs, sundeck space, and a bar. It's always a party here, and passes are limited, so be sure to book as soon as they become available.
