Exploring Europe's Iconic Rivers
While Celebrity River Cruises vessels are designed as Rhine-class ships, meaning they can navigate the locks of the Rhine River, these ships offer incredible flexibility in itineraries. Guests can sail through the stunning Rhine Gorge with its medieval castles, journey along the Danube past beautiful churches and historic towns, explore the scenic Main River, and even venture to the Mosel Valley. Ship Layout and Amenities
All river cruise vessels are similar sizes. Celebrity has added more amenities in their space than most other brands.
Top Deck: Up on the very top deck, you'll find umbrellas and plenty of space to spread out. There is a bar that cantilevers out over the side of the ship, a nod to their Edge-class Magic Carpet.
Deck Three: As you step down to deck three, you'll start in the very aft with a one-of-a-kind concept: the beautiful Sunset Lounge, paying homage to the sunset bars on Celebrity's ocean vessels. This has a pool, a bar, and spaces to sit back and enjoy some of the best views out the aft of the ship.
Moving further forward, you'll find the main restaurant. This is very different than what you find on most river cruise lines, where restaurants are usually located down on deck two. This provides an incredible dining experience with floor-to-ceiling windows on the sides and in the front so you can eat and enjoy the incredible sights that are the European River Cruise experience.
Just after the main restaurant, you'll find Martinis, a crossover from Celebrity's ocean product. It's an incredible bar offering where you can take advantage of your included beverage package. And just behind that, you'll find Café Al Bacio. If you love the coffee experience on board Celebrity's ocean vessels, you're going to love this homage to that phenomenal Viennese-style coffee bar experience.
Deck three also has room and suite categories, and as you step down to deck two, you'll find additional rooms and suites. Towards the front, a sweeping spiral staircase takes you down to the main lounge and bar—another place to take advantage of that inclusive beverage package—and you'll also have a secondary restaurant experience there for you to enjoy.

Stateroom Categories: From Comfortable to Luxurious
Celebrity River Cruises offers five distinct accommodation categories to suit every traveler's needs and budget.
Riverview Rooms
Riverview Rooms are the entry-level option at 157 square feet, featuring windows just above the water level. Despite being the most affordable category, these rooms don't skimp on comfort. They offer full king-size beds (convertible to twins) and surprisingly spacious bathrooms with large step-in showers—a true luxury you don't often find in entry-level room categories. There are two different Riverview categories based on their location on the lower level, and both are great lead-in options to consider.
Infinite Balcony Staterooms
Infinite Balcony Staterooms bring Celebrity's popular ocean ship concept to the rivers. They've been a huge hit on the Celebrity Edge class of ships, and now they've extended them to the river. The entire room can turn into your balcony—you can lay in bed and capture those incredible views, or sit in the small sitting area right next to the window. With the press of a button, the top half of the window lowers, making it perfect for capturing photos or enjoying fresh air. Depending on the weather, you can close it right back up or leave it open as you sail down the Danube, the Rhine, the Main, or anywhere in between. You'll also find the full king-size bed and that signature oversized bathroom with large step-in shower.
Balcony Staterooms
Balcony Staterooms are the top of the stateroom categories, and they're perfectly designed to offer the best of both worlds. You have a small step-out balcony—the perfect place to sit and have your coffee in the morning while checking out the incredible views. But depending on the weather, you also have a floor-to-ceiling window inside where you can sit and essentially have an interior balcony view as well. This means you've got plenty of space to spread out, a generous bathroom with a large shower, and a full king-size bed that can separate apart into two twins. With all the inclusions—the WiFi, the beverage package, even in-room continental dining—this is a perfect fit somewhere right in the middle for most guests.
Skylight Infinite Balcony Suites
Skylight Infinite Balcony Suites add a unique feature—a skylight!
This is just above the bed allowing guests to view towering castles and cathedrals from a completely new perspective. The bed faces out to the infinite balcony, which means you can lay in bed and capture those amazing views. But more than that, you can look up and capture the castles and other views that are above you with this one-of-a-kind skylight concept.
Being an infinite balcony, all you have to do is press the button, the windows come down, and you can sail through the incredible rivers of Europe with fresh air coming in and those amazing views.
Suite guests enjoy enhanced amenities including butler service, complimentary in-suite dining (very unique for a river cruise), priority access for booking shore excursions and specialty reservations, and the Butler Chat feature where you can communicate with your butler through WhatsApp. In the suite itself, you'll have an espresso maker, a fully stocked mini bar, a much larger bathroom with a very large shower, and enhanced amenities in the suite bathroom as well. It's a truly exceptional upgrade.
Vista Balcony Suites
Vista Balcony Suites are the top accommodation at nearly 260 square feet. You'll find that full king-size bed, a full step-out balcony, plus a French balcony-style seating area where you can sit on the sofa and check out those amazing views. Once again, you'll have plenty of space to spread out, a large oversized bathroom, and all the incredible service from the butler and all the inclusions from having a suite. There are plenty of reasons to upgrade, and the size and amenities really enhance what's already an incredible vacation.
