With these new changes, the Retreat now comes with dedicated butler service with butler chat, for easy communication between butler and guest both onboard the ship and on land. In addition, guests can now enjoy the Retreat Lounge space before they head out for their shore excursions, as well as a dedicated Retreat Destination Experience Specialist who will help you with all your shore excursion needs during your time onboard. In addition, Retreat Guests who book a Private Journeys excursion will have a suite-to-car butler escort.
Retreat guests will also have the perk of reserved seating at the Theater, ensuring that you will have the best seats in the house, even at the most popular shows. Guests staying in a Royal Suite or above will receive complimentary laundry and unlimited pressing during the cruise as well. Personalized treats and a stocked mini-bar will give Retreat guests an even more relaxing in-suite experience.
A few changes are also coming to Luminae. The Retreat restaurant where suite guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, will be adding a few signature dishes by Daniel Boulud, as well as a rotating dinner and dessert menu.
