Each venue offers an elevated design, and none more than the popular specialty restaurant, Eden.
This contemporary fine dining restaurant was inspired by nature, drawing inspiration from different corners of the world through the menu and decor. Guests descend into the restaurant and through a menu full of flavorful appetizers, innovative entrees, and decedent desserts. Highlights of the menu include a sheep's milk ricotta gnocchi with smoked pecorino cheese, a duet of filet mignon and mini short ribs wellington, and roasted Carabineros shrimp imported from Spain.
